APP BUILDER
App Builder lets an admin design a custom app from the browser: a name, who can use it, and an ordered list of fields — text, number, date, select, file, user picker, each optionally required. The platform generates the end-user form and a records list automatically, with a simple status workflow, and the whole thing respects the same roles and permissions as everything else.

Each app gets its own form and records list the moment it is saved; records carry a shared status (open, in review, approved, rejected, closed) editable inline.
File fields and user-picker fields mean a record can carry a photo and name a responsible person, not just text.
Record created/updated events are exposed for the separate Automation module by design — App Builder is the form, Automation is the rules.
