ORDERS
ScaleBespoke Orders is the fulfillment backbone connecting a won deal to what actually gets produced and delivered — fabrication drawings, shipping, and installation all tied to the same order number, with sub-orders when a job needs to be split and delivered in phases.

From workshop to site
Fabrication drawings, part-orders, shipping and installation remain connected to one order, so every team can see what has been made, what is moving and what still has to happen.
Inside Orders
Drawing files and revisions stay attached to the order itself, so production always works from the current version — not whatever was last emailed.
See where every order actually is — production, ready to ship, shipped, installed — without chasing an update.
Installation jobs are scheduled and tracked as part of the order, connected to the same Resource Planning calendar as the rest of the work — and when the main contractor's site runs through Dalux, location-based tasks and a live burn-up chart sync with it (see Integrations).
A large job can be split into part-orders for staged production and delivery, while staying traceable back to the original order.
Work centers carry real weekly capacity, and every open production stage gets a projected start and end date. When the projection lands past the due date, the Production Board flags the order AT RISK before it becomes late.
Print a traveler PDF for a work order — specification, routing stages and a physical sign-off strip — and see every spec, quantity or due-date change logged after release, with who changed it and when.
Bring, DHL and FedEx tracking (and Bring booking) sit on the shipping list with your own carrier credentials, so delivery status is read from the carrier rather than typed in.
